- Tunnel fans at one end pull air the length of the house, giving the air speed that carries heat off the birds.
- Cooling pad at the inlet end drops incoming air temperature by several degrees through evaporation — most effective in dry heat, still useful in humid conditions.
- Controller stages the fans against house temperature so you are not running eight fans at 6am.
- Side inlets for cooler months, when full tunnel flow would chill the flock.
Sizing it
Fan count follows house volume and target air speed, not bird count alone. Send us the house dimensions with your enquiry and we size the fans and pad area with the cage layout rather than after it — retrofitting ventilation into a finished house is always more expensive.
