Manure Removal System

A PP belt runs under every tier and carries manure out on a set schedule — every one to two days — instead of letting it accumulate below the cages. Ammonia stays down, birds breathe easier, and the manure comes out dry enough to bag and sell.

Why farms add a belt system

• Lower ammonia, healthier birds. Manure clears out before it has time to off-gas, cutting respiratory stress and improving feed conversion.
• Saleable by-product. Belt manure comes out dry — bag it and sell to crop farmers instead of paying to haul it away.
